Northern Railways

Northern Railways are considered to be spread across a space of 16 cities along the Northernmost part of India. The Northern Railways was established on 14th April, 1952 when a separation of the part was done under the coherent of Indian Railways.

Northern Railways was set up in order to joint the sections of Eastern part of Rajasthan and Punjab with certain cities and links that were made easy for getting under the Northern Zone of Indian Railways. In this zone, New Delhi Railway Station is considered to be the headquarters of Northern Railways. It has vast stretch of about 6810 km route along the passage. Certain other big cities that lies under the belt of Northern Railways are- Firozpur Junction Railway Station, Moradabad Junction Railway Station, Mughalsarai Junction Railway Station, Kanpur Central and few others.

It is considered to be a beautiful stretch in the Northern Zone of Indian Railways as there are many scenic captures that makes it a beautiful place to go through it. Well coming to Indian Railways, the part of Northern Railways gets very much well versed with all the acquired efforts in terms of IR Team. It is believed that this zone will give it a tough fight for survival in International levels all the way round.
